I have the Native Foods cookbook and plans to go to the restaurant when we visit family in California again:)

I have the cookbook from Native Foods as well, kaivegan. I haven't used it yet... I'm a little intimidated.
We spent this last winter in Newport Beach and had the time of our life! 19th street pier is the very best place to find sand dollars!
